Wrapped in enduring medium brown linen, the box opens to reveal interior tray walls and a spine insert sheathed in emerald green Japanese book cloth. The color speaks of stone sanctuaries, icy marches, and the broken hearts of gods. Buffered archival cardstock lines the trays, forming a still and acid-free chamber worthy of the book’s sacred pain.
The recessed spine label is printed on premium vellum photo paper and protected by an archival acrylic coating. Its sword and border glint green, mirroring the tray cloth and whispering of salvation through suffering.
